Month ends...

Hi all,

Is been longtime since i hd written something , i was really busy with my Marriage and other work related.

With regd to work having a month end is a ordeal for many people. every one doesnot work till the months 25th but they shift gears on the next 5 days... But y? may b we work well in pressure, or decisions happen quicker at monthends may be many reasons....

But i really hated month ends.. it was really a Month end Mania.... Working till 3 o clock... then again back to work at 10 am.. terrible... thank god i am not into those hardships... I was also so pissed whn my superiors screw us for not finising the targets... Y screwing? y pressure? so simple questions... but no answers....

i know targets are important but not at the cost of humanity, health....

Lets hope good faith prevails among the management gurus and they take steps..
